Math problem: During SF749 debate, Sen. Limmer said, based on HCSO numbers, 42% of those arrested after George Floyd's death were from Greater MN; 18% were from out of state (60% non-locals). Sen Gazelka said 77% of those arrested were from Metro; 15% outstate, 5% out of state.
