Housing Works reportedly offered* discounts for patients but no longer, now it looks like Legacy Dispensers is the same. UCC is complying w/regs but supports patients making medical purchases. Seems CAURD operators are interested in serving medical patients. Your move, OCM.
I need help from the US cannabis community - if your state offers reciprocity to out of state patients, does your state require CARDS or will any documentation do (like just the printed certification)? + Does your state’s med dispos universally honor that or does it vary? RTs🙏
Come on!!! We know you don’t care about the MSOs but patients dealing with 5+ different reg procedures, limits, etc does NOT help US, it makes things HARDER, difficult to understand/remember, & gets in the way of our access. NYers should only “buy legal”though, right? 😂

If we want to talk about equity, this should be a no-brainer. Not everyone can home cultivate indoors & outdoor solutions should be encouraged. This would be great for so many NYers - let’s see this bill move early January 2023!

If the medical cannabis industry was actually what it claims to be those involved would be looking for unique plant extracts to treat individual symptoms. Not something that would sell well. It's all about money. Instead, they want a top seller with intoxicating side effects.

If @nys_cannabis does not increase medical retail stores or register new ROs (fully possible in accordance with MRTA goals), will they allow medical patients to make medical purchases at AU stores (ie medical pricing, w/o AU taxes)? No? Then you need to fix it while setting up AU
