Hey @WakefitCo @SupportWakefit ordered a chair on 3 Apr which was supposed to be delivered today 16 Apr. No updates and suddenly when I contacted support they tell its going to take another 12 days.Could've gotten the chair from local shop or any other brand sooner. You guys suck

Hi @SwiggyCares-ordered dessert & it turned out to be stale. Raised an issue on the app but it refunded only 45% of the amount. Called up the customer care & he says cant do anything. This is daylight robbery and unfair. Happy to return the food to the restaurant right now itself

Hey @AxisBankSupport @AxisBank Its been almost 4 months now and my Upgrade voucher for Air India hasn't been issued(holding Axis Vistara Signature renewed in Nov'24). It was supposed to be issued somewhere in Dec'24 but its still pending. Can someone look into it? #ccgeeks

Hey @airindia - I am unable to book any flights using my Club Vistara vouchers. Even the customer representative says officially its not allowed to book via vouchers/ miles. What’s going on? I have been waiting for so long to use the vouchers and now I cant? #AirIndia #FlyAI

Hey @myntra @MyntraSupport its been almost 10 days and your support staff hasn’t been able to process a simple refund. Everyday I get the same thing - we will get back to you in 24 hrs. This is getting frustrating now. Either process the refund immediately or I will escalate it.
