As soon as you've emptied out the cement, pour water into your wheelbarrow and over your tools and scrub them clean with a stiff-bristled brush. That way you can use your wheelbarrow again and not have to turn it into a flower pot.
Now that your cement mixture is ready, be sure to pour it as quickly as possible to stop it from drying out. Tilt your wheelbarrow towards the project area and pour the cement in. #MixingCement
Important things to specify when briefing a painter is how many coats of paint you want and how you want the paint to be applied (i.e. paintbrushes or rollers). #BriefingPainters
Does your cement have a similar consistency to peanut butter? Pull your spade through the centre and see if the grooves of the indent you've created crumble. If they do, you'll need to add more water. #MixingCement
In the centre of your cement mixture, create a small crater around half the diameter of your cement pile. Then pour a little water in and mix the cement until it forms a smooth, paste-like consistency. #MixingCement
Once you've got all the dry ingredients, mix everything together in a wheelbarrow using the correct ratio. To avoid drying out your cement before use, only mix half a wheelbarrow at one time. #MixingCement

Before mixing your cement, make sure you have everything you need like: your ingredients, gloves, gum boots, wheelbarrow, hosepipe, bucket and spade. #MixingCement
Carefully consider how much cement you'll require for your DIY project and purchase cement, stones and sand accordingly. Generally, for every 1 part cement, you'll need 2 parts sand and 4 parts stone. Chat to us if you're unsure. #MixingCement

A scroll saw is a great piece of machinery for carpenters. Perfect for small jobs or for fine details, a scroll saw is in effect an automated hand saw that allows you to cut a piece of wood continuously into shape.
What is the right machinery for the DIY master? A table saw. It's one of the most versatile pieces of machinery you can own, and great for a variety of jobs from basic carpentry to more advanced work.
