About me? My name is Derrick Koko. I am a Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience. I work as a Backend Engineer at Etimobile Technologies and Roqsoft Technologies I am also an undergraduate of UNIZIK studying Computer Science I just started my journey in Cyber Security

Last year, we rebuilt our entire backend service in Rust and we connected Sentry to the backend service. The only errors we have had are logical errors. So basically, our Sentry logs are clean since last year.

“Rust code has less bugs than other languages. Once Rust code is written, it’s perfect. Infallible.” This is the logic of someone in a cult. Fevered, unreasonable belief in Rust superiority. Rust is a cult.

I am seriously wondering how you guys are enjoying using Prisma over Sequelize 🤧 After 10 failed migrations

Hopefully I am right "&" means the whole parameter is borrowed "mut" means that the value of the params can change "Vec" just means vector or list or array " &str" means borrowed strings

rust is so chopped “&mut Vec<&str>” what the hell are you talking about

Close to 10 years as a software engineer, I never had a portfolio website...🤣🤣🤣 When someone says, Submit your portfolio, where do I start? If my GitHub profile isn't enough for you, carry on your work dey go.

So basically, this was the Falcon Alpha model we were seeing in Windsurf recently.

Today we’re releasing SWE-1.5, our fast agent model. It achieves near-SOTA coding performance while setting a new standard for speed. Now available in @windsurf.

False. I stopped using it on Linux because it simply can't open redirect links. When I click on a link outside the browser and it's meant to open the url, it opens a new window instead and it still doesn't open the url. Like how?

It’s all about Jesus.

They are never that generous. It's most likely Grok. It behaves like Grok

Smells like Claude Sonnet 4.5. Timing, capabilities, context size would all fit.
