Hey @ATT this is my townhouse that was plowed into with a bus, that's me holding my Chihuahua trying to figure out my life
Well @ATT called me on EASTER SUNDAY to tell me whoever reversed my charges wasn't authorized to do so
Juan @att was such a nice guy he reversed both charges and I thought I was done
I explained to Juan at @ATT that all I was looking for was for my April charge to go away, I didn't mind paying for March even tho we didn't use it
Juan at @ATT heard my story about the school bus running into our house and how we haven't transferred a single KB of data over the network since 2/28
So then I get to @ATT billing and grievances department where the one intelligent person works, his name was juan
So I call @ATT again, I'm put on hold for 3 hours until I finally lose my shit
So then about 5 days later, I get a bill from @ATT for $80
Then @ATT unenrolled me while I was on the phone and reversed the charge
A week or so later, @ATT pulls $80 out of my account. So I call back thinking it was a misunderstanding
Call @ATT on April 2nd, I explain to them the situation, they cancel my service, thought it was a done deal
I hit up @att website...u can only cancel via phone between the hours of 9 and 6 on weekdays. Bet.
After that, we've been dealing with a bunch of bullshit and I forgot to cancel my @att internet right away
So on February 28th a school bus plowed through our townhouse
someone wanna tell me why @vivinthome installed falty equipment in my house and wants to charge me $49 to come fix it?
