Healthy relationships are tight as fuck. It’s so cool to be able to be like “hey you’re doing these things that are really bothering me let’s address them and work on it.” And have it not end in screaming and crying and insults. Communication is super hot.

unhealed trauma makes you tolerate so much shit you don't deserve because you don't want to lose people. healing makes you realise; losing them is better than losing yourself. you finally understand that some people don't deserve access to you, no matter how much you love them.
disappointment is weird because yes i want to forgive you, whole heartedly so but my mind is struggling to comprehend why did you do that to me.
