@RogersHelps nope!! IT told me they knew all the problems navigator cld cause but they did it anyway! #navigatorsucks
in one year I had to get 3 different boxes its ridiculous and the amount u pay its not worth the headache
u call ur on hold for an hr & if they dont know how to fix it "get a new box" which means u lose everything u taped
everyday they do some upload they say fixes the problem but it either does NOTHING or makes it WORSE
their new system is absolute CRAP nothing but problems & their answer for everything "REBOOT UR BOX" 😡
