Check the schools. Socially economic students received new iPad about 10 yrs ago @ my school. Had to be taken back cuz students filming themselves smoking weed & committing crimes. Rarely can low income, cyclical system abuse recipients be helped - their parents, too.
Schools need a computer lab on site for kids to use. Then they need go back old school. Pencil and paper in class and for home work.
