The Brooklyn Quilters Guild is celebrating Earth Day with a free outdoor Quilt Fence Show. Fifty quilts with an Earth Day theme will be hung on the fence surrounding Holy Name Church, 245 Prospect Park Southwest, Brooklyn. Sat., April 24, 11 - 4. (Rain date, May 8).
Free Outdoor Quilt Show will be hung on the fence surrounding Holy Name of Jesus Church, 245 Prospect Park West. Saturday, Oct. 24, (rain date, Oct. 31). Sponsored by the Brooklyn Quilters Guild. Quilts are inspired by Maya Angelou's quote, "Be a rainbow in someone's cloud."
