At The Fundamentals, we provide personal development and team building workshops for young people in primary and secondary education.
We had a great afternoons activity with the @Claresports and their Munster LSP counterparts, taking part in some cooperative team games. Thanks to Pat Sexton and all in Clare Sports Partnership.
It was a pleasure to visit the lads this morning. They were a super bunch to work with. Thanks to David, Mark and all in Borris-Ileigh GAA. Best of luck to the lads next week in their North Final.

A brilliant first day in Castletroy College. It’s always such a pleasure to visit and today was no different. I’m really excited for this block of workshops.
Our Transition Yeat students took part in The Fundamentals workshop today, focusing on leadership, team building and wellbeing. The students showed brilliant team skills and leadership in the indoor and outdoor sessions. @tfundamentals20
The week finished with a visit to @UrsulineThurles. A huge thanks to Ms. Flanagan for organising and to the girls for their energy and enthusiasm. It was an absolute pleasure!
