"straight" has privellage attached to it and some trans men don't like it despite the fact that in a vacuum the term is accurate, but you cannot exclude cis men without being transphobic if you use this definition
trans men can't be lesbians unless by lesbian you mean "person who likes women and is entirely seperated from like comphet and is mega woke" or whatever, in which case this is something cis men can also achieve just at a higher cost because they are cis and straight
