🤬 once again fuming after a visit to @DavidLloydUK West End Southampton. Repeatedly incapable of providing a service I pay a lot of money for. Every time it’s sunny they are incapable of getting lifeguard cover so I can take my kids swimming! #poormanagement #inadequateservice
Name a service in the England more useless than @SW_Help I don’t ever remember a service that runs on time. #useless
