What would you say are the hard parts of serverless?

What's the easiest way to ship maxmind geolite2 db in a Lambda layer? I can DIY it, but it feels like there should be something readily available already, given it's such a common use case.

Nice! Now you can connect AI tools to MongoDB's MCP server to explore your data, generate queries or code (that are aware of your schema), and even manage the cluster itself. Check out the repo 👉 fnf.dev/43TJ05W Any other use cases? (Sponsored by #MongoDB)

Saw a really weird behaviour from Cognito: 1. signup request is throttled 2. AWS SDK retries, but the user was created already and fails with "User already exists" So the throttled request was carried out and created the user anyway... Has anyone else seen this?

It seems when most people say they are vibe coding, they are really just using code assistants/LLMs but still checking/fixing AI outputs themselves. I’m not complaining, I think that’s how you should use LLMs for software engineering, for now at least.
