It’s been great having John, the spirits buyer for @waitrose, visiting our distillery over the last couple of days. He’s definitely gotten stuck in with production - he even helped us to distill a batch of whisky! 🥃
Last Easter I travelled to England and got a bottle of @Cotswoldistill gin at the distillery. Just opened it. Oh my god. This may be my new favourite gin. Would get the ferry back to England just to buy more of this. Wow - spectacular!
Our smaller room (The Cart Shed) is a lovely light room ideal for painting groups, craft groups, and meetings too. It even has a sink in the cupboard to wash paint brushes etc. And it's just £7.50 an hour to hire.
