Thinspo and diet ideas. Not pro anything.
If you don't know how many calories are in something, DON'T EAT IT.
Exercise first thing in the morning and every mining. Fat burning will definitely occur bc you haven't eaten any breakfast.
Take a cold shower or lower the temperature in your house. It will cause your body to burn calories while warning you back up.
How about being deprived of the chance to get to a skinnier you or fit into that smaller dress?
Stop thinking that you're deprived of that bite of chocolate or cookie.
If you have friends who frequently offer you food, chew gum around them. Food after gum tastes horrible & it's a good excuse.
Eat what you crave occasionally and eat it in moderation.
Always check the food labels and calories on everything you eat!
Carry around a thinspo picture, when you feel like eating look at it and then see how much you want to eat afterwards.
Out on dark colored lipstick, then you won't want to eat much or anything at all bc you won't want to smear your lipstick.
