- get a cloth with cold water and press around the bags, this should reduce their puffiness. - try to reduce salt intake as that can cause HUGE bags under your eyes. -if you smoke, PLEASE STOP! It’s really bad for your health and it’s damages your lungs, and causes eye bags.
