🚨 Here's a thread about TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT. My small family business recently had our IP ripped off by a 100 Million Dollar+ company. A few months ago, my sisters and I discovered a former potential co-packer had infringed on our trademark protected burlap bag design.
Wanted a fun name for our bread that kids could remember. Make the marks in the bread with my thumbs. @thumbbread was born! I came up with it and trademarked circa 2007 then came up with a CPG package idea in 2017.
