Hey @amznsellerhelp we tried removing an ASIN that is infringing on our @paddlesmash utility patent via APEX. We got denied because the product is sold by Amazon 1P and not a 3rd party. Nowhere does it say that APEX only works for 3rd party sellers. Please help
