As an autistic person I need to have direct instruction, but it also needs to have reasoning behind it. If I don't know *why* I'm doing something, why am I doing it at all?

ADHD mood of the day: Having a bunch of tasks to work on & being genuinely excited about them. But when it's time to actually START on one, I freeze up & do none of them. So I put them off for tomorrow. Except now I'm not excited about the tasks. Now I dread them. Repeat daily
