Used to go to the one in HWT around 9:30/10. Always full, canโt use the equipment you want to use, no space to even move. Got overstimulated the last time and never went back.
Started the Express Fitness on Constant Spring. I like the facilities but so many people esp at 5:30am, is very over stimulating. I dunno. Will try tough it out but bwoy...I can't manage so much chatter so early.
