I attended a meeting with foreigners. I started preparing for it on Monday, and it was enough. I feel like my English skill have improved a little🥴
I replaced my bicycle tire tube becauseI suspected a flat tire during the day.
I had a meeting where I needed to use English. It was very difficult for me, but I always try to prepare thoroughly, and it ended without any issues.
Last week, my family and I caught the flu. It has already gotten better, but I still have a sore throat.
I have been very busy after the new year. Today I finally made it to the gym and spent 30 minutes to riding a bike and running. Recently I haven't been able to go to the gym often, so I felt tired soon after the training.
The UP key on my keyboard was broken. I thought it was not a big problem, but I realized soon after that I use the key a lot. So it was hard to input anything for my work today.
Today was the last working day of this year, and I went to my office and worked all day. There have been very busy days, especially in December, but this year has been fulfilling.
My family and I went to watch the ballet ‘The Nutcracker’. I had never watched it before, so it was a very nice experience for me, and my son. I think it was boring for him, but he actually enjoyed it ☺️
I finished an English presentation!!!! Maybe I have never spoken English as much as this week before. It was hard for me, but somehow, using ChatGPT, I managed to get through it by preparing the scripts and slides. That's a wonderful tool for work I had never used before.
In the afternoon, I took a nap for 3 hours (that's too long 🙄), because I got up earlier than usual. And I ran on a treadmill for 30 mins at night. It was soon after my dinner, so I felt really bad😫
I went to my children's school this morning and watched how they learn as usual. They are all very good boys and girls, so I was moved by how much they have grown.
I also went to a business conference today. However, it was not interesting for me, so I left and went to a nearby WeWork to work. I was more focused on my work than usual as it was a different environment.
I ran 4-5km on the treadmill yesterday morning and this evening. I have somehow been able to manage this distance. It’s been getting colder these past few days, so I don’t feel like going outside for cycling… (but I kind of want to).
