Absolutely a religious based hate crime. Antifa and the other groups that he is part of hate Christianity and target Christians. This is a federal hate crime.

The Left regularly called @charliekirk11 a fascist or a Nazi (as they do with virtually anyone who opposes them) in order to incite and justify deadly violence against him. And they're still doing it.
Charlie Kirk was not a victim of Gun Violence, he was a victim of Democrat rhetoric.
With Trump, we all expected it. I think a lot of us are expecting that it might happen again, unfortunately. Charlie is different. He held no office, and was a moderate. If they can do this to him, they will do it to all of us. The sobering effect of this is profound.

What really scares me is that all these leftists celebrating Kirk’s death are so certain that he was some kind of fascist who deserved it but it is very clear they never even listened to him speak. 100% chance it was what someone else told them.
