Saw something really cool today. I witnessed one of my large lizards chasing something so I went to investigate, turns out it was another lizard! 🦎 Feeding up for Winter! It’s a lizard eat lizard world out there! 🦎🦎🦎Who knew🤷♂️
My butcher had a whole salmon on sale so I had him cut it, brought home 8 large filets and I present supper! Roasted jalapenos and chipotle 🌶️ salmon!

Took a friend out today to help him prepare for an upcoming tournament. They were chewing today! Fished until 1 and caught 18 with a best 5 of 17-9. My big fish was this 3.97 spot. Needless to say, he left the lake very excited! Thankful and blessed 🙏🎣
To all my fitness friends, Thanksgiving is not too far away. It’s time to cut back and get lean so we can enjoy all that the holidays have to offer and not have to work extra hard for it in the New Year! I look forward to cutting back over the next 8 weeks! 👊💪🥩
My 20th Annual Chicken Que to feed First Responders and kick off Currahee Military Weekend! Fires lit at 4:45am and 1000 chicken halves ready for plating and delivery at 9:30! So very grateful for the army of volunteers I call upon each year to pull this off!🙏
