Even with good intentions, this endorsement is a bad deal: a one-off childcare promise pulled from reserves, no plan to tax the rich, and donors put first. We should tax the ultra-wealthy and corporations and fund universal childcare in the budget. Not with couch-cushion money.

I’m with Jabari and I think DSA should consider endorsing the Delgado Walten ticket. We will never get Zohran’s agenda out of Hochul. Zohran is prioritizing keeping the peace over his campaign promises but DSA should not.
