We've run our presidential forecast 38 times since yesterday morning and at no point have Biden's odds been lower than 88.8 percent or higher than 89.8 percent. Trump can win but polls that people are getting very excited about/mad at/etc. aren't really changing the picture much.

Two hotels in London, separated by about a hundred feet and a hundred years. What should this tell us about progress in architecture?

Thanks for the kind words @MayorMemphis. Good news is no one is going anywhere any time soon. Still a lot of work to do but now with an acute sense of urgency.

A life well lived is something all of us hope for. Through his many years of work in Memphis and the wisdom he shared with us all today through @geoff_calkins article, Tommy is a prime example of doing exactly that. Thank you, @tpatch22.

Thanks @geoff_calkins for sharing our story. There is beauty and joy in this second half of life that people don’t expect. My relationships with family, friends, and God have all deepened by cutting out the noise and focusing on what’s important.

Hey Guys! For you Non-Maskers out there, I know you’re tired. I’m tired. But listen, I’m a parent. There were times when I didn’t want to be (diapers/terrible 2’s/teenagers). But, I didn’t stop my responsibility to my children. Society is like that. We are responsible for US!

My husband John lived by a code: country first. We are Republicans, yes, but Americans foremost. There's only one candidate in this race who stands up for our values as a nation, and that is @JoeBiden.

I’m so proud of @EpicenterLeslie work in Memphis. She came to town with ideas, innovations, and a level of sophistication in implementation that we rarely see locally. She has built the infrastructure needed to see success. Sorry to lose her but thrilled for her and her fam!

Leslie Lynn Smith, who has led Epicenter Memphis since its 2015 inception, is leaving the organization for another role. dailymemphian.com/article/16906/…

If the word "gentrification" can refer to an indie coffee shop or a $5 billion football stadium I think we need more specific language for the mechanisms of neighborhood change.

Have y'all ever really thought about how amazing yeast is? It literally turns sugar into tax revenue for the government.
