It's been 15 days @TataCLiQCare has lost my prepaid order & sending me automated support messages without providing a refund, shows their incompetence. Imagine if you needed this money to place an order somewhere else and if you're relying on them for any event like marriage.
10+ days @TataCLiQCare, and still can’t figure out where my prepaid order is. Total incompetence. If you value your time and peace, avoid platforms like @TataCLiQCare and others where you can't directly call support. Always go for @amazonIN. Better support, better experience.
Support systems are getting worse. Recently, I faced extreme frustration with @TataCLiQCare. They call you, and you must be available. No way to call them back. They take customers’ time for granted.
Recently ordered some products from @TataCLiQFashion and came to know they deliver prepaid orders without OTP! Delivery partner came to my house and when he didn't find anyone he marked as delivered and basically stole product. There is no way you can reach to support.
Airtel's tech is so backward that from physical sim to esim will take more than 2 days, and support has no idea how long it's gonna take @airtelindia
