How do you find your behavior various in different peer groups? Like, for me, the jokes I tell are different. It's amazing how I just automatically am more reserved or open with different people.

"The walls of self-protection you build around yourself become walls of self-imprisonment over a period of time." -- Sadhguru Something to be verrry mindful of.

Normalcy bias is a crazy thing. It works until it doesn't. I got sick this past week after staying healthy a long time. Clearly, there's room for improvement in my routines. Also reminds me of that earthquake preparedness plan I haven't gotten around to.

To win and keep trust, we must listen, acknowledge our foibles and keep working to improve.

Millions of us hear stories about teenagers or early 20-somethings becoming millionaires and feel bad. That's not normal. It's just what gets the most attention.

As much as nobody wants to be judged in a split second, we all do it. It's a survival instinct. Yet we can turn that to our advantage if we match people's expectations + we're consistent.

Do you journal? It's such a great way to get awareness of your behavior. Which gives you insights into others. It's been priceless for me.

Helping people is a great way to show you can help people. ;-)

If there's one device every great story has to hook attention, it's.. The cliffhanger. :-) People love suspense and completion, so give them both.

Humans are so weird. We have these big highly conscious brains. Yet we're totally befuddled by so much of what we do. Well, at least it keeps life intriguing lol.

When you're stressed, what do you do? I tend to rub my hands to self-soothe.

Find someone who inspires you and keep a reminder nearby. Kobe Bryant was someone I admired and modeled my work ethic on. He's not here in the same form anymore, but his mindset and his spirit lives on in many.

"Oh behave!" Did you ever get yelled at like that as a kid? I did. I drew on one too many walls with orange crayons. And it's amazing how much of our expression we limit now because of what happened then.

People want you to be consistent. Whether that's consistently buttoned up. Or consistently wacky. Or anywhere in between.

What do your prospects do on weekends? When they get up? What do they wear? When and what do they eat? Who do they hang out with? That shows what they value when they get to do what they want. Well, mostly. ;-)

Felt fear lately? Get excited. It's like radar for what you need most.

“You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.” - Plato How can you play your way through your problems?

3 behaviors of your best buyers: 1. People who bought recently 2. People who buy frequently 3. People who spent the most money Direct response marketing nerds remember this as RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary)

Think of someone you haven't connected with in a while. Message them this week.

Trust comes from unselfish signals. Not like virtual signals. Do things from your heart. Those are the real signals people can feel.
