If you want a paradigm shift away from the status quo for web development, start following the ideas of “local-first” development. @martinkl and his gang have been perfecting transformative web dev paradigms. I love their work! 🎉👍🏾 youtu.be/Qytg0Ibet2E

Learn the HTTP and associated web APIs… you will never use a framework without knowing what problem it solves. Look at Edge Side Includes… solved the @reactjs @GatsbyJS @remix_run server side / client side rendering problem 20 years ago! w3.org/TR/esi-lang/

Wow! Looks interesting…@MikeZupper will you share the code on @github ?

I created StarWars.run without build tools, web components(Lit.dev), #Redux (off main thread with web workers - shout out @DasSurma ), service workers for cache, And more! A fun #webdev v0.0.1 project- she is ugly, but I like it! Web Dev circa 1997!

Created StarWars.run as a way to prove build tools and bundlers are not required. I’m using running redux in web workers. It’s not done, but each week I’m building on it #webdevelopment #webworkers

It’s scary to see so many new #javascript frameworks and libraries popping up. #webdevelopers Stop learning non-standard languages and APIs. The JavaScript Web APIs do all you need. Learn those and stay current with the HTTP/web related specifications.
