Thanks for everything @Dropbox . For a while I have tried to work out what on earth Dropbox is doing on my computer when none of my files have changed for the last 6 months but it's still churning through CPU. Today I found a sure fire way of fixing it.

I just phoned @bt_uk to ask why my router is not being assigned an IPv6 address or prefix. Yes, a fairly technical question, but a reasonable one for an ISP. I was reliably informed that no-one in BT is trained in IT, and therefore they can't help me with this... 🤔
Wow, @Beer52HQ, only allowing people to cancel by phone and then making them wait 15 minutes on hold. That's some pretty shady business practice.
