In security software UX is often secondary, but props to: 1) Duo mobile team for easy transfer of MFA tokens to a new device simple (via local encryption + Google Drive) and 2) LastPass for easy cli-based login (using password + MFA in pin-entry mode)
Many great tech companies have built super advanced proprietary internal platforms for engineers. But with so much going on in the infra/tooling space, I wonder if the value of having very custom stuff might diminish or even become negative.
