... that's a potential accessibility issue still. Designing for mobile doesn't mean you don't have to think about that.
The point of the mobile screen reader thing - if you write an @media query that display: none's something on small screen...

Of these 2 website scenarios, which do you prefer? The same experience as desktop but you have to zoom, or iPhone optimised single column?
