Victim of consolidated RDU from ATL flight on a Saturday. Bumped to next flight 4 hrs later in coach when I paid for comfort and had used an upgrade certificate. Delta lounge and Diamond desk useless. No one can fix seating and cert. Managers don’t care. Diamonds are cattle.
You’re flight problems are the least of my worries, I was up until 1.30am trying to play Bad last night, yet you make it look so easy. 😂
