In the charge, the #UCLAFA details two ways in which #UCLA interfered with its members’ rights under HEERA (Higher Education Employment Relations Act).
The #UCLAFA is the fourth organization to file a ULP against the UC in the wake of its actions at #UCLA in late April and early May.
Making the UC a better place to work makes California a better place to live for everyone. That’s why I’m rooting for @UPTECWA and so should you! Show them some love and #solidarity.
The excitement for our first day of bargaining with @UofCalifornia yesterday wasn't limited to San Diego. All across the state, UPTE members were loudly and proudly displaying their solidarity at work with stickers, pins, and shirts. Back to the table today for day 2! #1u
On June 3rd, the # UCLAFA filed ULP charges against the UC to vindicate faculty rights to protest, organize, and exercise academic freedom.
This is terrifying, violent behavior. Campuses are not police states. @UCLA stop militarizing our workplace, cease and desist from using police violence against students and employees.
