Dear @UCC_Official , I am not trying to blackmail @DStvUganda but I'm complaining in relation to consumer rights which you are supposed to enforce. Inflated monthly charges take away my fundamental right to access basic communication services t an affordable price. #boycottDStvUg
We demand @DStvUganda to stop increasing unexplained charges and we also call upon @UCC_Official to intervene with immediate effect or else we will start a boycott campaign.
