Under @VictorDominello the reforms @ServiceNSW have been unbelievable BUT you have ridiculous governance on processes where there’s actual fact based argument supporting something that warrants change, yet here we are, we’re stuck, no solution other than paying a 2nd time..?!?

I can appreciate individuals doing the wrong thing and transferring vehicles without paying, I paid the stamp duty but made the mistake of putting the car in my name after the previous owner disposed of it in my name.. Seriously, no process to sort this..?? @ServiceNSW

Given how much they charge as a premium for their products I expected so much more from @Apple but it appears as usual they screw up and the consumer pays for it.. It now makes me question my buying habits and things like this sway us towards competitive technology..

It wasn’t even technical but their offshore team can’t action my request due to THEIR processes and it was @Apple who caused the issue in the first place.. I need it resolved now and their suggestion “we’ll get someone to call you in 24-48hrs”, absolutely fuming 😤

So, just contacted @Telstra to help me out Guess what, they haven't I'm told to use the App or call them to then be passed around again... This is just so bad.. I've lost hours this week and need my service for next Monday.. I wish I could move away from #Telstra

Been going on for over 5 months, No one at @Optus or @OptusSport will take it seriously… Surely I cannot be the only one with this issue..? It just stops after 30 secs of watching and says “this video cannot be played”, If I didn’t love my soccer so much they could go jump..

Most companies do their upmost to respond to issues almost immediately as customers loyalty and return business is key to maintaining market share, this means you need your support teams and your technology in place to do just that, not @JBHiFi, #poorcustomerservice #badattitude

E-commerce has been around for a long while now and you can tell good from bad.. @JBHiFi should stick to the high street, poor communication, dreadful systems, poor UI, lack of support, inconsistent chat bot to name just a few issues.. You have been warned…!!
