This is so sad! I think they will focus on Mobile, as Unreal is way too far away regarding features and quality for PC and Consoles.
Context : Unity China is a separated entity for years now. It is regional focus. It maintains a solution embedding Unity with other tools, such as WeChat devtools and others thing you've mentionned for chinese devs. So yeah, this is expected to find cool features in it, yet…

Maybe it has something to do with licensing. China has virtually no copyright laws and maybe some of these features are based on proprietary solutions or there are a couple or reverse-engineered libs here and there. Totally illegal in civilized world, perfectly fine in china.
As a pre-game developer in China, I want to say that the Unity China team sucks.

Doesn't Unity already have these with the new LightData API in 2023.2. For the world streaming Unity is looking to be using the GPU Resident Drawer with Render Graph as a baseline feature than add the World Streaming in it. Both being the new default setting starting next update.
Haha, actually a lot of Chinese developers use the global version too. That's why I've never seen someone use these features.
I won't be surprised if #UnityChina also reboot the rotting-on-Github #EditorXR project, at a time when #MixedReality authoring at 1:1 worldscale in games, film and engineering...is in need.
