Still trying to get straight answer from @stripesupport , that how to get proper invoices (that would contain all required invoice data, like VAT numbers, payment methods etc) - but no luck yet!

that issue was solved by @stripesupport! thanks. *Next: How to get automatic monthly statement to email! This would save so much time.. or even have it as 1 click download, now you need to print it as pdf manually.. (email support is again lost, they don't know how to and why)
