The suspect in the fatal shooting of a mother and her two children in Northern Ireland has died. Ian Rutledge, a 43-year-old agricultural worker, had himself suffered a gunshot wound during the attack in the village of Maguiresbridge in County Fermanagh on Wednesday morning.
