We didn't just go through a year of shake-out price action to go back to the lows. If that was the case, everyone shaken out would be able to buy the bottom. We also didn't break a 7-year accumulation wedge to barley get past ATH. Max pain is up for most.

The way we are dumping towards Nov 22 ISO cutover, has me thinking it might just have a positive impact on price. Normally they pump the markets and sell the news but all the selling has already been happening. I'd be surprised if we continue dumping through the 22nd.
They're withholding this pump from us because it's going to be huge. The past year of volatile noise wasn't for nothing. We will fly when all hope is lost and we are getting close to that point.
