PGO students experienced the creative and unique culture of the Ukrainian Village in Chicago this past Saturday! Not only did they try delicious Ukrainian food from Tryzub Kitchen, students also became familiar with Ukrainian art, history, religion, and culture.

Our Russian PGO students had so much fun at the Russian Cooking Class last week! They made Bliny (crepes), Sharlotka (Russian apple cake), and Okroshka (a traditional cold soup). Thanks again to our Russian instructors for teaching this event! #russian #projectgo #cooking

Save the date for the PGO Ukrainian Village Cultural Excursion! We will be travelling to the Ukrainian Village in Chicago on Saturday, July 27th. This event is required for Russian students and optional for PGO Hindi, Indonesian, and Turkish language students.
