Filter and Fox on Duke Street has relaunched as a new cafe called Volpi - Liverpool Echo
It takes inspiration from the Italian and French rivieras
#CiaoVolpi 🦊 Tomorrow at midday we will open the doors. Fresh pastries, pasta, espresso, aperitivo. Will be served alongside great tunes and stories of the trials and tribulations of trying to persuade tradesman to fix a broken lamp before they fly to Madrid. See you there ❤️
Volpi draws on the colour and imagery of pastoral Italian and French towns to rejuvenate our little corner of Duke street. Volpi is Filter+Fox’s eccentric older brother still delicious, still mischevious but with a little more appreciation for “La Dolce Vita”.
Introducing Volpi. Volpi is inspired by a nameless old town perched on the Mediterranean coast, in the distant shadow of Mont Blanc. The towns residents meet at cafe Volpi each day to watch the world go by, work on nothing in particular and socialise.
Every Fox has his day. And it’s time for something new! We will be closed for two weeks while we refresh, refurbish and rebrand. The support we have had over the last four years has been inspirational and we can’t wait to welcome you to our evolution!
Filter+Fox is Evolving. After 4 incredible years, we’ve decided it’s time for a new chapter in the life of the fox. The last twelve months have been a real struggle with issue concerning noise compliants, planning and licensing. It’s time for a new lease of life......
