If minors are mature enough to make their own irreversible medical decisions, should they be legally allowed to smoke, drink alcohol, consume marijuana products, posses firearms, enter into contracts, rent a car… and procure such items?
Adults have the right to do whatever they want as long as they don’t harm others. When it comes to kids they don’t have the ability to make medical decisions. The child is not even fully mature. This is why GAG is against the medicalization of children.
