Everyone thinks Claude Code is just for engineers. The truth is it’s one of the most underrated tools for product managers. It’s basically a cheat code for anyone buried in ops grind and endless analysis. Here’s how I use it day-to-day 🧵

Great piece that highlights how software is being built within AI native teams

The most interesting part of this was to understand how the Claude Code team works totally different than I'm used to seeing engineering teams Faster prototyping, faster shipping, more bold choices (eg vibe code markdown renderer), and using AI for everything, then some more

PMs getting ready to vibe code features to prod

I’m convinced teaching descriptive writing is how we prepare the next generation for an AI first world. Even simple exercises like describing how to make a PB&J step by step build clarity, context, and critical thinking. These are the same skills needed to get the most out of AI.

I’m convinced the next big unlock for AI prototyping tools (Figma Make, V0, Lovable) isn’t just better models, it’s richer inputs. Text and screenshots are table stakes. Voice is becoming standard. Short videos will supercharge detailed iteration. Figma Make prototype below 👇

When Claude Code finds files my Mac can’t, it doesn’t feel like an IDE anymore. It feels like the first AI-native OS.

Boom. That’s half the “make a quick deck / convert this file / doc automation” startup category gone overnight.

Claude can now create and edit files. Turn conversations into Excel spreadsheets, documents, PowerPoint slide decks, and PDFs directly.

A friend trained an offshore support team on AI. Early prompts were ‘fix it’ and ‘try again.’ Adding context (who, when, how often) made results 10x better, but typing it was hard for non-native speakers; speaking it was natural. I believe multilingual voice is how AI scales.

Every time NYC Summer Streets wraps, it feels obvious: less cars means more walking, more outdoor hangs, and the city actually feels connected. Hard to believe we only get that 3 Saturdays a year - imagine if it was every weekend.

Nikesh Arora makes $288M/year in salary. More than Tim Cook, Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadella. He turned Palo Alto Networks from $19B to $120B in 5 years. Previously built Google’s Europe Business ($8B) and Softbank. The highest paid CEO you’ve never heard of: 🧵
