Tomorrow is my last day of a 3 year consulting assignment. Planning on taking a 2 or 3 month break to give a big push to @itemzen_app before taking on a new gig. Also planning on posting more on the progress and decisions. Stay tuned.

Feature Friday @itemzen_app! - The organization can now be modeled as a hierarchy of locations and sites. - Templates can be made 'location assignable'. - Assets can be assigned to a location or site.

If you ever feel demotivated, subscribe to the Starbase updates of @NASASpaceflight on youtube. The rate of progress is truly infectious.

My bash prompt is bigger than yours.

"chat pity" The FOMO when you're not building an AI product.

The biggest struggle of a developer? The constant fear of wasting time building on a framework that can be abandoned at any time.

JWT or Session SQL or noSQL VPS or Serverless Javascript or the plague If life was only that simple.

Feature & marketing Wednesday! Or something like that :-) This took longer than expected but I now have a live demo environment with mock data and nightly reset. Less friction, it is possible to check the app without an account, but might just attract spam. What do you think?

Feature Friday! Not breaking my streak ;-) This week: - Labels from the label editor can now be linked to a template, with visualisation and download on asset level. - It is now possible to move fields and files between features, both on templates as well as assets.

A few wins this week: - I was accepted in the Microsoft for Startups program. This means significant support and up to 150k in Azure credits. - Reached 💯 followers - First ever (external) sign up for itemzen (Probably spam, but I'll take it. At least sign up is working :-))

Marketing Monday! Yes, it needs to happen. I'll share on Mondays what I did on the marketing front for @itemzen_app. This week: - Submission to directories Startup Inspire and SaaSHub. - Creation of explainer/demo video as part of submission to Microsoft for Startups.

First label printed with @itemzen_app. History in the making 😅

What is love?

Feature Friday! To keep myself accountable, I'm sharing each Friday a new @itemzen_app feature released over the last week. This week: not fully done yet, but making good progress on the label editor. Hope to show full linking with template and label printing by next week.

Feature Friday! To keep myself accountable, I'm sharing each Friday a new @itemzen_app feature released over the last week. This week: assets have gained an activity feed. The feed shows asset lifecycle events as well as notes. Yes, note taking is a new feature as well!

Feature Friday! To keep myself accountable, I'm sharing each Friday a new itemzen feature released over the last week. This week: adding a non-registered member to the organization. These members can be used in the app as any other member, but do not have access themselves.
