@UberINSupport has become the new 'nahin jayega'. Drivers don't move to your pick up point till u tell them where u want to go. When u tell them, they cancel! Such a waste of time. We had thought uber had a respite to this but no such luck.

At a time when distressed citizens expect healing touch from administration this behavior of a senior officer has brought shame to all of us. With experience I can vouch that the IAS comprises of well meaning & sensitive people. This officer is an aberration. An unfortunate one.
