It’s not illegal or unlawful to provide trans inclusive spaces. This is a lie that bigots are spreading, and it’s simply misinformation. To exclude trans people, they’d have to evidence it being reasonable and proportionate means of achieving an aim.

1. They’re not even called sick notes. 2. That is 0.1% of the working age population… using a “big number” without context is pointless. 3. Many are for short term injuries or surgical recovery. 4. Fuck off.

For someone who has been working to be “declared” unfit for work long-term… We have to be off work for 28 weeks, and then go through a very rigorous DWP assessment with very specific criteria & needing a lot of evidence. All for a very small amount of money.
