What was your longest EVER gaming session?

If you ate and drank more than normal this last weekend, then that means… …you probably enjoyed your Easter weekend! Now let’s get back on track and have a great week 😁

What’s one game you STILL haven’t finished?

How were you first introduced to gaming?

Why do you love gaming?

What game takes you back in time and makes you say: “I wanna be a kid again?”

What’s the best exercise for fat loss? A calorie deficit.

If you’re doing fasted cardio because it fits your lifestyle and it works great for you, keep it up! If you’re doing fasted cardio because you think it’s a “silver bullet” to fat loss, eat that breakfast. There’s no wrong answer!

The difference between hunger and boredom? If you can eat an apple, you’re hungry. If you’d rather eat something tastier, you’re bored.

Mental peace is the only thing I'm seeking

If you’re a streamer and you have exercises in your channel rewards… I see you, and I’m proud of you for incorporating exercise into gaming 👏🏽

We’re still awaiting a return to streaming, but @waldtraining is starting to get going! I’ve created an online fitness brand that is tailored for gamers and streamers and I’m cranking out content slowly but consistently! Would love your support over there!

As long as you don’t quit, you will succeed.

If you're doing an hour on the treadmill because you love it and that's what you want, awesome. If you're doing an our on the treadmill because you think it's the only way to get results, there is a better way.

If you want to step up your fitness goal, ask yourself: "What do I want my life to look like in 6 months?" You'd be surprised how clear your vision can become

Before anything becomes a lifestyle, you have to stick to it for more than 2 weeks, even more than 10 weeks. The less you try to change and the more consistent you are doing what you're capable of, the better your fitness progress.

Train because you want to improve yourself. Not because you're trying to burn off that extra slice of pizza.

The secret to getting ahead is to simply get started. You can try to find the "best" way to do something and make no real progress. But in the end, a decent start is what you really need.
