Some of the smartest individuals I’ve come across have absolute conviction towards what they want today, but have close to zero hesitation in changing their path in the future.

It's in moments of highest pressure, highest uncertainty and borderline anxiety that I've performed my best. It unlocks another level that didn't exist before. When you have no choice but to run right through the barriers in front of you, it's incredible what you can achieve.

Everytime I get close to wanting to give up, I ask myself a simple question. “Have I done everything I possibly could to shift the odds in my favour?”

don’t understand the obsession with working long hours. when what you’re doing is intrinsically purpose oriented, hours don’t matter. i’ve been putting in 100 hour weeks but it feels less heavy than the 20 hour weeks i used to put in. it doesn’t matter. find your purpose.

I'm heading to a physical event tomorrow. Wondering if anyone has experienced the process of "capturing" waitlist email addresses / potential future customers via just mockup demos/slideshows? Any recommendations?

I'm heading to a physical event tomorrow, but don't have a fully functioning product. Anyone been in this position before? What's the best way to make a waitlist capturing process for physical people?

This is the "best" model on the market currently. We are far away from AGI. Here I thought the entire point of AI was so they didn't mimic the typical human behavior of laziness & lack of detail.

Anyone experienced if changing models mid-vibe-coding leads to worse/better results? I primarily use Sonnet 4, but wonder if for more complex tasks, mid-way, changing to Opus would make sense.

🧠 Do you believe in personality assessments? (DISC, Big Five, MBTJ etc.) I'd be very curious to understand the different POVs. Personally, I don't think they serve as a single source of truth, but are excellent indicators of a generalist understanding of people.

You don’t control outcomes, you only control your inputs. Focus on that.

I feel that the LLMs perform better when context is provided as attachments instead of being integrated inside detailed prompts. Anyone else experience this?

When everything is optimized, nothing feels real. Remember that the next time you're asking GPT to refine an email or a message for you.

Nobody will have the level of urgency that you have as a founder. Not your first employee with 10% equity, not your investor, not your developer, not your customer. It's all you. It's a push for a long time before you experience any momentum.
