After waiting 6 minutes for my driver they can just cancel and make me wait another 12 minutes @Uber ? I don’t have that kind of flexibility to arrive at the airport.
So after our doctor waited 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone at the pharmacy @Walgreens we arrived and were told that it would be 90 minutes before our prescription could be filled. There was no line. But I have to take my sick kid home and drive back?!? #Chicago

My apologies Cathy, I can understand your frustration. My colleaguies are giving their best to make sure the system is up an running again an all bags are delivered as soon as possible. until then, I recommend checking the status of your bag online in regular intervals. /Lua
